Oladipo Raji is the President/CEO of Focus Group. Oladipo (popularly referred to as Raji) has extensive hands-on-experience in sales management, starting and growing business organizations from zero sales to multimillion-dollar annual revenue, reengineering sales organizations, formulating and implementing sales strategies across different business lines: capacity building of sales team and handholding organizational sales team towards the achievement of corporate sales target, and market share.
As a practitioner, Raji’s recent achievement includes growing an ICT company from a start-up status to be one of the 10 top ICT firms in Nigeria within 3 years. Raji was recently honored by the Guardian Newspaper, as one of the most outstanding CEOs in 2018 and one of the outstanding CEO in 2019 by the Vanguard Newspaper. Raji is also the founder and pioneer CEO of four other subsidiaries of the Focus Group including InfraFocus Technologies Limited, ConnectFocus Technologies Limited, SoftFocus Technologies Limited, and SmartFocus Technologies Limited.
Oladipo Raji is also the founder of Oladipo Raji Foundation, a humanitarian organization set up to empower the less privilege in the society to achieve their full potentials in life through access to formal education.
Raji holds an MBA from the Federal University of Technology Akure, Nigeria after obtaining a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration and Management from the Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti. An alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School, Raji is a member of various professional associations including Institute of Directors of Nigeria, Chartered institute of Management and Nigerian Computer Society.
