Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Executive Sales Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with a proven ability to close deals in a competitive market.

Qualification

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in sales.
  • Experience in B2B sales is a plus.

Minimum Required Skill/Competence Level

  • Identify, develop and manage new sales opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentation and proposals to clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication for the presentations and proposals.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products/services and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
  • Competence in using CRM software, Microsoft Office and email tools.
  • Regularly update CRM systems with accurate sales activity and pipeline data.
